Duck Boat Capsize

Mayor Michael Nutter is briefed on rescue and recovery efforts by police, fire department, and coast guard officials after a duckboat capsized in the Delaware River after colliding with a barge. The small tourist boat was overrun by a much larger tugboat, resulting in the drowning deaths of two tourists, 16 and 20, who were visiting the country with their church.
